Description of how the process works:

Step 1- Grinding processing with metal diamonds  30 or 40 grit and finish with 150 grit preparing surface to achieve the desired aggregate exposure. Grouting  can be applied at the end of this stage to fill a porous surface or damage  especially for old concrete.

Step 2- Transition  removal of metal tooling marks with water and resin pucks grade 100 ready for densifying.

Stage 3- Densifying hardens the floor ready for polishing the liquid is sprayed on and  goes deep into the surface creating chemical resistance and filling surface pores this must be left overnight.

Step  4- Polishing with resin pucks this brings the floor to a really smooth finish grades  200/400/800/1500

Step  5- Protect  and seal  the new  polished  concrete surface sprayed on in one or to coats.
